What is ViroLinks?
ViroLinks gives your business one mobile-friendly page for Google reviews, private feedback and your important links. Customers reach it by tapping an NFC card or scanning a QR code, and you manage everything from the ViroLinks portal.
Do customers need an app?
No. Your ViroLinks page opens in the phone's web browser, so there's nothing for customers to download.
How do NFC cards work?
Each NFC card is linked to your ViroLinks page. When a customer taps it with a compatible smartphone, your page opens. Taps are counted in your analytics.
Can I use a QR code too?
Yes. Every card also has a QR code that opens the same page. Download it from your portal and use it anywhere - on tables, counters, receipts or posters.
Can I change my ViroLinks page?
Yes. Update your logo, colours, links and review settings from your portal whenever you like. Your NFC cards and QR codes always open your latest page.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel from the Billing page in your portal at any time. Your page, NFC cards and QR codes keep working until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What happens to private feedback?
Feedback customers leave through your page goes to the Feedback section of your portal for your team to read. It isn't published on your page.
